Terms & Conditions of Sale – Veldune Co.
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) set out the rights and obligations between Veldune Co. (“Veldune”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“Customer”) for the sale of products via https://www.veldune.com (the “Site”), in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable EU consumer law.
Article 2 – Acceptance of the Conditions
Placing an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The Customer confirms having read and accepted them before placing the order.
Article 3 – Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible; minor variations (e.g., color/finish due to display settings or manufacturing tolerances) may occur. Images are illustrative and not contractually binding.
Orders may ship from international warehouses (EU and/or Asia), which can affect delivery times.
Article 4 – Orders
An order is validated only after full payment confirmation. Veldune may refuse or cancel an order in case of: (a) prior dispute with the Customer, (b) suspected fraud, (c) abnormal order behavior, or (d) stock unavailability.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are shown in euros (VAT included) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Veldune may change prices at any time, while guaranteeing application of the price in effect at the time of order.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due upon order and processed via secure providers (e.g., Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal). Payment data is handled directly by those providers under applicable security standards.
Article 7 – Delivery
We ship internationally (e.g., France, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, and other countries supported at checkout).

Processing time: up to 24 business hours.

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days (excluding customs clearance).

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), EU Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without reason and without penalties.
To exercise this right, email support@veldune.com (a standard form is available upon request).
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of our error or defect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of return shipment.
Extended Exchange/Return Window (Store Policy)
In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, Veldune Co. offers 30 calendar days for exchanges or returns (as per our Refund Policy) to ensure your satisfaction.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Arts. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Arts. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
If a product is defective or non-conforming, the Customer may request replacement, repair, or refund within a reasonable time after discovery.
Article 10 – Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for purposes, legal bases, retention periods, and your rights.

Article 11 – Liability
Veldune shall not be liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) or by the Customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.
Article 12 – Governing Law & Disputes
These GTC are governed by EU consumer law and, as applicable, the consumer protection law of the Customer’s EU Member State of residence (without prejudice to mandatory local rules). Before any court action, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.
