Processing and Shipping Times – Veldune Co.

Fulfillment Locations
All products ship from our international warehouses (Europe and Asia).

Processing time: up to 24 hours after order confirmation
Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 9–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (Paid): 6–13 business days

These timeframes may be extended due to customs inspections or peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).


Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your order in real time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders

  • Express Shipping: Additional fees may apply depending on destination. Charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Veldune Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@veldune.com so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number—the carrier will have the most up-to-date information.
If you cannot resolve the issue with the carrier, contact us—we’re here to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed by more than 30 business days or has not been delivered, please contact our support. We will open an investigation and offer solutions (reshipment, partial or full refund, as appropriate).

Customs and Duties

Depending on the destination country, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All official charges and communications from Veldune Co. are made exclusively through our authorized channels and official website.
Always verify the legitimacy of any request before making additional payments. Do not click suspicious links or share personal information with unknown contacts.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

If an order is sent to a pickup point and is not collected within the carrier’s time limit, the order may be treated as lost/returned. A new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

Incorrect Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be considered lost/returned. In such cases, the order is deemed fulfilled, and the customer must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.

Post-Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, all tracking updates are available via the tracking portal linked in your email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Once shipped, the carrier is solely responsible for the logistics process; please follow updates in the tracking system provided.
